We specialize in repairing, refinishing, and rebuilding outdoor living spaces. As demand grows, we're looking to add skilled and reliable Carpenters to our team who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working outdoors. What You'll Do: Build, repair, and restore residential decks and outdoor structures Use power tools and carpentry equipment safely and effectively Follow blueprints or design plans to meet customer expectations Measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials (like Trex/TimberTech) Maintain clean, safe job sites Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners What We're Looking For: 2+ years of carpentry or deck-building experience Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with deck staining, sanding, and sealing Knowledge of composite decking systems Familiarity with local building codes or permitting What We Offer: Consistent, year-round work Growth opportunities in a growing company Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or seasonal work) Competitive pay based on skills and experience Supportive, team-oriented environment Interested?
