Position Summary:
Our construction client is a seeking a growth-oriented engineer to serve as our Highway (Civil) Transportation Department Manager. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth of the department, focusing on project execution and supporting other Project Managers on a variety of transportation projects. This person will collaborate closely with clients and project teams, working throughout the project life cycle to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Attending meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish their needs and discuss design/permitting issues.
Qualifications:
20+ years of experience in Highway Design.
B.S. Degree min. in Civil Engineering (a master's may be substituted for 2 years of experience).
P.E. in N.J. (a NY State license is beneficial)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation skills, and problem-solving skills are also required.
