Location: Kansas City, MO 64131 Position: Welder/Fabricator Reports to: Production Manager Hourly Pay: $23-28/hr Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6:00AM - 4:30PM

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS ? 1+ years of welding experience in a professional setting ? The ability to read production drawings, equipment manuals, and written instructions ? Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities ? Familiarity with various metalworking tools and equipment ? Basic Math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and understand fractions and decimals ? Strong attention to detail and quality ? High School diploma or GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ? Professional experience in the HVAC industry ? Knowledge of aluminum welding (e.g., MIG, TIG) ? Forklift experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? Lay out, fit, and weld structural steel components such as tubes, angles, and plate using various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG) ? Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, and overhead crane ? Visually inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards ? Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal weld quality ? Maintain a neat and organized work area, following all safety protocols ? All other functions/responsibilities assigned by production manager ? Identify and resolve fabrication and welding issues, escalating complex problems to supervisor as needed ? Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools ? Required to report to work punctually as scheduled and to work all scheduled hours, including any needed overtime ? Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines ? Physical demands - lift/carry, push/pull, bending, kneeling
