Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Commercial Roofing Project Manager with a Roofing company located in Phoenix, AZ.

*Pay-rate: $85,000-$95,000 Annually
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
* This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to company and client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
Identify and resolve project issues promptly to maintain project schedules and costs.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Manage material procurement and project logistics.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial roofing is required.
Prior experience as a Project Manager in the construction or roofing industry.
Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
