Journeyman Painter Needed High-End Custom Building and Ongoing Projects

Looking for a skilled, professional-level painter to handle the painting and staining of the exterior of my 13,000 sq. ft. custom 2-story home/shop. This is a high-end, detailed project involving paint, solid color stain, and semi-transparent stain applications. Some surfaces may require light prep (e.g., sanding or bleaching), but most are ready to go.

I will supply all materials just bring your skills and tools. The project involves lots of high work and intricate sections, so it may be best suited for someone with a high-capacity sprayer, though hand painting is totally fine given the layout.

This could lead to ongoing work, as we have multiple properties needing professional painting and staining.

Pay: $30-$40 /hour depending on experience, productivity, and quality of work.
