Job Title: Interior Construction Manager
Location: Kennewick, WA
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $80,000/year

About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on, highly organized Interior Construction Manager to take the lead on finishing and turning over newly built apartment units. From overseeing paint and trim to managing the final clean and handing the keys to the Property Manager, youll ensure every unit is move-in readyon time and up to high standards.
Youll work on-site daily, supervising subcontractors, coordinating schedules, solving problems in real time, and occasionally pitching in to keep the project moving forward. This role is key to delivering quality units that impress residents and meet all compliance and inspection requirements.
What Youll Do
- Oversee all interior work from drywall through final turnover to the leasing team.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors handling painting, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, and more.
- Monitor job progress and conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
- Jump in on light tasks (installing appliances, completing punch list items) when needed.
- Keep daily records of work completed, materials received, and jobsite conditions.
- Ensure units are cleaned and ready for inspection, addressing any issues before keys are handed over.
- Work closely with the leasing team to deliver units in phases as scheduled.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of interior construction experience, preferably in multifamily projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing trades during the finish phase.
- Comfortable operating fork and snorkel lifts (certification or willingness to get certified required).
- Skilled in light construction work and troubleshooting last-minute unit finish issues.
- Great communication and time management abilities.
- Able to read and follow construction drawings and finish schedules.
- Experience with Buildertrend (or similar construction project software) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certifications are a plus.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
