Our client is looking to stand up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of creating a centralized department that establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and best practices within an organization for electric distribution projects and operations. The primary goal is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and achieve desired outcomes. Evergreen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support reliability initiatives with our utility client. These professionals will be working on large electrical distribution feeder projects, wildfire risk mitigations, network monitoring, end of life replacement, and programs across various states and CoOps. This individual will be reporting to a Sr. Project Manager where they will be responsible for assisting in project planning, project execution, reporting, project closeout, and communication with stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and managing electrical distribution projects within the utility industry. -Bachelors Degree recquired. -Experience building out phase gate approach and processes with external stakeholders from inception to completion. - Proficiency in project management and data analytics tools, including SAP, Business Objects, MS Excel, and SharePoint. -Experience with creation and distribution of performance, risk, and financial dashboards. - Experience developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project completion rate, budget variance, and resource utilization. - Experience working with stakeholders on budgets and risk mitigation to ensure projects run efficiently. - Proven track record of continuous improvement processes that increase productivity and program efficiency. - Ability to identify and implement process improvements within a PMO environment Thrives in fast paced environment Go getter mentality Multi-tasking Attention to detail Strong communication Desire to grow within utilities Able to work independently and w/ teams null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
