Are you a Licensed Plumber and Licensed Electrician? (Louisville) compensation: to be discussed I'm a residential flipper and constantly have need for reliable, sincere labor for different projects. Currently looking for a licensed plumber and electricians. Ideally someone I can add to my team for regular rehabs or rental property management. Current job location is West Louisville. Adding a bathroom and need some work done with permits. Like bathroom rough in, inspections, hot water heater install with permits and inspections. Don't want to waste my time or yours. Must be licensed and insured, available to work soon. Must have his/her own tools and transportation.
