Project Manager:
Plan and oversees the process of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Contract review, submittals, phone conferences, job site visits and meetings, purchasing materials and labor while staying within the budget, track supplies, scheduling, change orders, percent complete billing and communicating the clients goals for projects to the subcontractors, superintendent, and construction workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other workers on the same project.
  • Comply with contract terms and legal requirements.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, timetables.
  • Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities.
  • Choose vendors and supply companies for material purchasing.
  • Report project progress and attend job site meetings with client.
  • Negotiate, issue, track and follow up on change orders.
  • Manage deadlines, progress, and quality of work.
  • Explain contract and technical matters to others in a clear manner.
  • Client satisfaction
  • Managing material lead times in conjunction with project schedules
