A successful Project Manager must have experience in construction methodologies and procedures and be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to lead the projects from initiation to close. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits, and project management methodology. Measures team and individual progressBackground & SkillsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical or Construction EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience managing commercial construction projectsWorking knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Building Management Systems)Demonstrated ability to manage a team of cross-functional team membersKnowledge of building regulations, permits, and project management methodology is requiredEffective Project Management Leadership experienceExperience developing investment plans and executing according to planNetworking, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating competenciesAble to travel up to 25% of the timePreferred QualificationsProject Manage
