Senior Project Manager - 100% company owned heavy civil construction Our client, a well-established leader in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in managing complex construction projects and driving them to successful completion on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple large-scale construction projects from inception through completion. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in heavy civil or commercial construction. Proven track record of successfully managing projects valued at $20M+. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
