Looking to work with a solid, safety-focused crew and get your hands on some heavy equipment? Were hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator at our landfill in Cherokee Village, AR . If you're someone who values safety , enjoys working outdoors, and likes running big machines, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing:

Youll play a key role in keeping our landfill running smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

• Safely operating heavy equipment like trackhoes, compactors, off-road dump trucks, and tractors
• Acting as a spotter to help trucks move in and out safely
• Keeping the worksite clean and clear of hazards
• Pulling and compacting trash to keep things organized
• Hauling dirt and materials as needed
• Performing daily safety checks and basic maintenance on your equipment (oil, tires, fluids)
• Always watching out for your team and working with a safety-first mindset
• Pitching in on other site duties as needed

This is a physically demanding position and does require working in all weather conditions.

Schedule & Pay:

• MondayFriday , with occasional Saturdays
• 6:00 AM 5:30 PM
• $19 $21/hour , depending on experience

What Were Looking For:

• Experience with Dozers, Trackhoes , or other heavy equipment
• A strong focus on safety
• CDL is a plus
• Comfortable using basic computer tools (Word, Excel)
