Plumber/Laborer

A local Housing Authority is seeking is seeking a qualifiedand motivated individual for a full-time position as a LicensedPlumber/Maintenance Mechanic/Laborer. This blended role is responsiblefor a wide range of tasks, including plumbing repairs and installations,basic electrical adjustments, minor carpentry, general mechanicalmaintenance, and snow removal. The position supports the upkeep andrepair of public housing properties and systems. **REQUIREMENTS:**Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver?slicense, and a Massachusetts journeyman plumber?s license. The rolerequires physical capability to perform manual labor, including heavylifting. Employment is contingent upon passing a Criminal OffenderRecord Information (CORI) check and a physical examination, whichincludes screening for illegal drugs (including marijuana).
