Responsibilities
ing to the Director of Planning and Construction, the Senior Project Manager & Architect is responsible for executing strategic initiatives and projects supporting theanizations mission. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and expertise in planning, design and construction of projects in a healthcare setting. The Senior Project Manager is tasked with developing and executing strategic projects important to theanizations mission and goals. This individual manages and oversees key project stakeholders and consultants/vendors, ensuring projects arepleted on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Senior Project Manager plays a vital role in executing projects that support the strategic mission of theanization, ensuring that all projects are strategically aligned with business goals, and conducive to productivity and growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective leadership to manageplex projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture, or a related field, or the equivalentbination of education and experience; a masters degree is preferred.
Professional Licensure/Registration in Architecture or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience in healthcare design, project management and construction management, including project closeout, with at least 7 years in a management role.
Proven Healthcare experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-site facilities.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, regulatory, and sustainability practices.
Intimate knowledge of Department of Public Health facility licensure process and requirements.
Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strong interpersonal,munication, negotiation and vendor management skills.
Professional Licensure/Registration in Architecture or related field preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
USD $95,139.20 - USD $159,889.60 /Yr.
