Entry Level Welder / Fabricator

Position Overview:**

We are seeking an Entry-Level Welder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates of welding programs or individuals looking to begin a career in welding. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced welders and learn on the job while assisting in various welding and fabrication tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with welding and metal fabrication projects

- Set up and operate basic welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick)

- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment

- Learn and apply welding techniques under supervision

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or GED required

- Completion of a certified welding program or equivalent hands-on experience preferred

- Ability to read basic blueprints and tape measure

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes

- Valid drivers license
