This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for candidates looking to grow into a long-term leadership role in a high-demand industry. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate aerial and underground construction crews Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Conduct site inspections and monitor daily progress Collaborate with foremen to meet production goals Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring field staff Read and interpret design maps, prints, and job specifications Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate daily production reports Travel between job sites and manage project documentation What You Bring: Proven experience in aerial and underground telecom construction Strong understanding of industry standards and safety protocols Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple crews High school diploma or equivalent Must pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license required
