Industrial Electrician Description -Perform routine maintenance, installation and integration of process control equipment such as transmitters, controllers and final drive equipment. - Troubleshoot electrical systems and control circuits, - Fault analysis of hardwire relay logic, motor control circuits, motor power circuits (120V to 480V 3phase) and common utility / lighting circuits. -Wiring of motors, must know difference between dead vs live wires - Will work with both low voltage all the way up to 480v - Read and interpret schematic drawings (to component level) of pneumatic loops, hardware relay logic diagrams, PLC control programs, motor control circuit diagrams, etc. - Install new control circuits, modify existing instrument/electrical systems as requested, to include design, load and Implementation of new control logic. - Field calibration of instrumentation utilizing proper test equipment Skills Electrical wiring, Industrial electrical, 3-Phase, Blueprint schematics, Control circuit, Pneumatics, High Voltage Electrical, Conduit, Troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications - Would love a Journeyman Electrician if possible - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
