Construction Projects ManagerDuties: Responsible for overall performance and success of each assigned project including project budget, project schedule, quality, safety and client relations. Oversee the design and execution of project safety and quality control activities. Review and approve engineering deliverables, bid packages, contract and trade leveling sheets. Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate answers to RFIs (Request for Information). Modify tasks, sequences and resources to maintain project timelines. Prepare and issue project documents including progress reports, detailed project schedule updates and financial/budget updates. Forecast and track the amount of labor, managerial and material costs necessary to complete a project.Monitor project scope for changes affecting budget and/or schedule. Oversee project close-out and claim resolution. Requirements: Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or its foreign equivalent; 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Manager in the construction industry.
