Senior Estimator / Surveyor Location: Gloucester (Hybrid - Site, Office & Home Based) Sector: Property Services - Insurance Reinstatement Works Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Are you an experienced Estimator / Surveyor looking for a new challenge in a specialist and highly respected division of the construction industry? We're offering a long-term opportunity for a dedicated and commercially minded Senior Estimator/Surveyor to join our Property Services Division a team known for high standards, repeat business, and long-standing client relationships. Projects span domestic, residential blocks, educational, industrial, and commercial buildings, ranging in value from 10,000 to 500,000, with some schedule of rates projects from 20,000 to 100,000. You'll be involved in both tendered and negotiated works, working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. What We're Looking For Strong background in construction estimating and surveying Good working knowledge of construction technology, JCT contracts, measured term contracts, and building regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) A professional qualification is desirable Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision A team player who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-based working environment Apply!
