Looking for a Project Manager - Data Centers

Salary Range: $100,000-135,000/annum

What you will be doing as Project Manager - Data Centers

Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities to meet contract requirements, financial goals, and quality standards

Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules and resources to optimize workflow and milestone achievement

Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, negotiations, contracts, and performance to ensure alignment with project objectives

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including superintendents, engineers, vendors, and clients, to drive seamless project execution

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, building codes, and quality assurance processes

Oversee project cost control, including review and approval of change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking reports

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule status

Facilitate risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution to minimize impacts on project delivery

Lead owner and stakeholder communications, including status reporting, issue escalation, and relationship management

Manage project closeout processes including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranties, and final billing

Provide mentoring and leadership to junior project staff, fostering professional development and high performance
