Responsibilities
Install and program VFD’s and servo drives (Allen-Bradley, automation direct drives)
• Install and light programming of PLC’s (Allen-Bradley with Studio 5000 software)
• Install and troubleshooting HMI’s( C-more from automation direct)
• Troubleshooting machinery via PLC
• Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical failures on machinery and industrial equipment
• Understanding electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to assist in installation and troubleshooting
• Installation and troubleshooting low and medium voltage power systems.
• Familiar with laser, encoders, photo eye, prox, limit switches, and relay logic
• Design, wire, and install low voltage control systems
• Troubleshoot issues with 80-ton chiller, cooling tower system
• Troubleshoot issues for 2ea 50hp air compressors
• Installing and Troubleshooting Commercial, and Industrial Electric.
• Sizing wire, conduit, and panels in accordance with NEC.
The essential functions of this role include:
