A well-established and employee-owned general contractor based in Middle Tennessee is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its growing team. What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial and industrial construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to spec . You'll manage all aspects of the build process, from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong focus on communication, efficiency, and teamwork.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Draft and manage subcontracts and purchase orders
• Process monthly pay applications and review change orders
• Approve vendor and subcontractor invoices
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field supervision
• Champion project safety, quality, and productivity from start to finish

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PM in commercial or industrial construction
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
• Clear, confident communication and strong client relationship skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Procore, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline
