Key Responsibilities:
- Design Modifications and Repairs: Develop and execute design modifications and repairs for electronic components, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to attain project goals and meet critical timelines.
- Compliance Documentation: Prepare and uphold compliance documentation, with a focus on adherence to DO-254 and DO-160 standards.
- Troubleshooting Expertise: Analyze and resolve issues in electronic systems and components, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.
- Design Validation: Conduct simulations to validate designs, ensuring the reliability and performance of electronic systems.
- Continuous Improvement Support: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing design and repair processes.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (minimum).
- 2-5 years of experience in electronic design, repair development, or related roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Experience with simulation tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with DO-254 and DO-160 standards is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
