Position Summary: System One is partnering with our client in search of an Electrical Project Design Engineer to join a leading MRO Part 145 and PMA holder company, specializing in delivering high-quality solutions for the aerospace industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Modifications and Repairs: Develop and execute design modifications and repairs for electronic components, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to attain project goals and meet critical timelines.
• Compliance Documentation: Prepare and uphold compliance documentation, with a focus on adherence to DO-254 and DO-160 standards.
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Analyze and resolve issues in electronic systems and components, leveraging strong problem-solving skills.
• Design Validation: Conduct simulations to validate designs, ensuring the reliability and performance of electronic systems.
• Continuous Improvement Support: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing design and repair processes.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (minimum).
• 2-5 years of experience in electronic design, repair development, or related roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Experience with simulation tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with DO-254 and DO-160 standards is highly preferred.
