Let's imagine what's possible—and design a better future, together. The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Senior Architect for our Lawrence studio location. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of architectural projects. You will provide design direction, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of excellence in design and sustainability. You can expect to work with a project team that ensures the projects meet metrics for energy performance, financial performance and design excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead the conceptual design process in collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Oversee and review comprehensive construction documentation.
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, representing the firm and advocating for project vision and goals.
- Provide day-to-day leadership for project teams, managing workload distribution, quality control, and team dynamics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
- Professional degree in architecture
- Professional architecture license
- Minimum of 10 years’ related experience
- Proven expertise in concept development, design execution, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with Revit 2025
- Strong skills in communication, design, consultant coordination, construction administration, and drawing
- Ability to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and be flexible to support numerous teams in any project phase
