Handyman

I need a good handyman. You need a truck! You need to know a little bit about everything repairs to homes or apartments. You need to be able to do move-ins and move outs in a timely manner. Can you sand down wood and repaint on an outside structure? Can you fix a garage door that has come off of the rails. Can you replace the cables? Can you do minor roof repairs for leaks? Can you replace toilets, disposals, breakers, faucets, sinks, vanities, cabinets, tiles in bathrooms, locks, refrigerators, stoves (gas or electric), dishwashers, swamp coolers, flooring, painting, wall repair that actually looks good? Can you take care of minor plumbing clogs? Can you take care of the landscaping and remove leaves in the fall and weeds in the summer? Can you do minor repairs on appliances, (like replace the heating element in a dryer), replace a thermostat, thermocouple on a furnace. Can you replace windows or have screens made? I am not saying you need to know or have done all these things, but you need to be willing to learn.
