Position Overview:
As a Lead Gutter Installer, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of installers while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, to the highest standards, and with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the installation process, keeping track of materials and equipment, and providing leadership on the job site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of gutter installers to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring all clients receive top-notch service.
Track and manage materials and equipment to ensure all necessary items are available for each job.
Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise on job sites, maintaining smooth operations.
Maintain communication with project managers and customers, providing updates and ensuring expectations are met.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to foster a high-performance, customer-focused environment.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects, keeping materials and labor costs within budget.
Requirements:
Proven experience in gutter installation (5+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
