Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $21 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Semi Skilled Construction Worker:

• Assist with demolition of structures, including removal of debris and hazardous materials
• Perform general labor duties such as site clean-up, material handling, and loading/unloading
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed
• Assist with hanging drywall and framing walls under supervision
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians) with tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary structures such as scaffolding or fencing

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools
• Must be able to assist with hanging drywall and framing
• Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and hard-working
• Steel-toe boots and other PPE required
