Commercial Estimator

Lockport. International Stone gallery. Commercial Estimator. $25 - $30/hour. JOB PURPOSEThis role supports our commercial project pipeline by delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for stone countertop fabrication and installation. Were open to training the right candidate with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with estimating, construction, or stonework and comfort reading architectural plans is a plus.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare cost estimates by analyzing architectural drawings, specs, and scopes * Perform material takeoffs and calculate labor, material, and installation costs * Collaborate with project managers, sales, and fabrication teams to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility * Assist in bidding, contract review, and client communications * Conduct site visits and review job conditions as needed * Track bid results and maintain estimate documentation * Recommend value engineering options when appropriate * Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS * Strong math, analytical, and computer skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Able to work independently and meet deadlines * Estimating or construction industry experience is a plus * Competitive salary based on experience.Join our team as an Estimator where your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our projects!Follow link to apply through Indeed.com:
