Maintenance Mechanic

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - 3rdSHIFT This hourly, non-exempt position is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility machinery and equipment while supporting all departments to provide quality die-castings for customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery Installs and relocates facility equipment and machinery Completes daily maintenance work orders and repair logs Diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues. Troubleshoots using PLC logic and HMI controls. Uses hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics. Uses 480V 3-phase electrical circuits. Performs general welding and fabrication. Maintains regular and punctual attendance, in accordance with scheduled work hours, and overtime(OT) as assigned. Meets all physical and environmental requirements. REQUIREMENTS Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Certifications/License: Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred; Powered Industrial Equipment certification.
