Job Description
Construction Project Manager

Our client is looking for a hands-on, driven Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction infrastructure projects. This is a high-growth opportunity with mentorship from seasoned professionals, exposure to both operations and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction projects, primarily DOT-related (bridges, highways, etc.)
Collaborate with crews, subcontractors, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely, efficient job completion
Coordinate scheduling, equipment needs, materials, and labor
Serve as the key point of contact for field crews and client stakeholders
Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight travel may be required)
Participate in project bidding and sales support during the off-season
Shadow senior leadership to gain hands-on training and business acumen
Manage project budgets, documentation, and post-project reviews
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client specifications, and quality standards
Qualifications
2-10 years of project management experience (construction preferred)
Concrete project experience or civil infrastructure background is a plus
Sales or client-facing experience is a major plus, especially in construction or field service environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsability to build relationships across teams
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in project management or construction-related software (or willingness to learn)
Open to candidates with a degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Must be flexible with hours, especially during peak project seasons
Willingness to travel occasionally for key project needs
