Residential Construction Supervisor

Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building tools. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in residential construction. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in project management software and tools. Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation. Relevant Certifications (e.g. OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
