team! We are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who can
report out of our Urbandale IA office. The Senior Structural Engineer
will lead projects as a project manager or lead engineer for the
delivery of large and highly complex projects with minimal support
required from senior staff. They will work closely with a team of
engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering
solutions, and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Primary
responsibilities will include project management, engineering analysis,
design, and implementation oversight of structural systems in buildings
and other structures. Additional responsibilities will include working
within the project\'s monetary budget, leading training and mentoring
efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project
goals and client expectations. Principal Responsibilities \* Lead design
efforts for the analysis of structural systems; Utilize engineering
