responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maange capital projects from design through construction closeout
- Oversee or assist with construction activities across multiple utility infrastructure projects
- Prepare, track, and report on project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with local agencies, cities, and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage project documentation and field changes
- Communicate project updates to internal leadership
- Support regulatory and permitting processes
- May supervise or guide junior staff depending on level
