Highly respected, and established firm seeks concrete construction manager.

• Oversee and coordinate the planning, budgeting, and implementation of concrete frame formwork.
• Oversee the preparation of quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and project proposals.
• Oversee all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
• Develop customer relationships, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency

Required:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineer, construction engineering, construction management, or related degree and/or experience in a management role
• 5+ years work experience in any similar concrete management role
