Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects. We build Quick Serve Restaurants all over the ChicagoLand area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring site safety, and delivering quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

Conduct daily site inspections and meetings.

Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports and logs.

Address and resolve issues that arise during construction.

Communicate effectively with the project manager, clients, and inspectors.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar software.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
