Position Overview: This role requires expertise in AutoCAD to produce detailed construction
documents for luxury custom homes. JMAD is headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. This is
a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop precise construction documents for custom home projects
Collaborate with architects to ensure designs meet client specifications
Adhere to building codes and regulations in all drafted documents

Requirements:
Degree in architecture
5+ years of experience drafting high-end architectural homes
Advanced skills in AutoCAD
Proficiency in SketchUp; advanced skills preferred
Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Chat)
Deep understanding of building and construction practices
Highly motivated, with a self-starter attitude
Ability to produce drawings in a fast and efficient manner

Compensation: Wage is dependent on experience.
