HVAC Installers Up to $7,500 sign on bonus

Higgins Heating & Cooling, LLC, a family owned business, is looking for HVAC job lead, installers and service technicians in Bozeman, MT.

WAGE SCALE:
* Up to $50/hour depending on experience and ability to learn and perform. Lead skills will need to be assessed to determine pay.
**$1500 and up sign on bonus, and up to $7,500 sign on bonus for lead, after probationary period.
*Weekly pay check.
*Paid holidays, benefits and vacations, 80% employer paid health/100% dental/100% vision/100% life insurance and 401-K 5% employer match is available after probation.
*Job lead should have 5+ yrs of experience, e.p.a certified, knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, leadership skills, ability to troubleshoot and service skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
*Install new residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
*Service Technician will install HVAC equipment and perform service in residential homes.
*Work in a team environment and direct crew to complete installations.
*Produce quality workmanship while completing projects on time and on budget.
*Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.
*Good working knowledge of system layout and duct design.
*Read and interpret product installation, engineering, and owner's manuals prior to equipment installation.
*Good time management to stay on task and on schedule.
*Experience with plumbing/pipe fitting (copper piping) preferred.
*Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Must be able to perform work from ladders, mechanical lifts, and in confined spaces.
*Good mechanical aptitude, common sense, work ethic and the desire to advance professionally and personally.
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Ability to maintain a positive, willing, and trainable attitude.
*Work flexible hours depending on project requirements.
*Should have own hand tools required for the job, power tools provided.
