All Mountain Contracting is a well-established and growing construction company proudly
serving the Sea to Sky corridor. We specialize in a wide range of projects, including foundations,
framing, and both residential and commercial renovations. With multiple active crews and a
reputation for quality and reliability, were looking for an experienced Superintendent to join
our leadership team.

About the Role:

The Superintendent plays a vital role in overseeing on-site operations, coordinating crews, and
ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This position
requires strong leadership, deep industry experience, and the ability to manage multiple moving
parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities across multiple construction sites
Manage forming, framing, and renovation crews to ensure quality and productivity
Coordinate with project managers, subtrades, suppliers, and inspectors
Read and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and schedules
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
Provide mentorship and support to crew members, promoting a positive job site culture

Qualifications:

20+ years of experience in the construction industry
1015 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
Proven background in framing, forming, and general construction
Strong knowledge of BC Building Codes and WorkSafeBC regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of
work
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and
safety
