Contract Global Project Manager Personalized Healthcare
Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) or Fully Remote (5% travel may be required)
Pay Rate: $58/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 1st Shift

Overview:
We are seeking a Global Project Manager to lead and coordinate personalized healthcare projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage complex timelines, cross-functional communication, and diverse stakeholder expectationswhile ensuring projects stay on track, on time, and within scope.

Youll collaborate with internal and external teams, manage critical project information, and ensure quality execution throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in regulated industries and project environments involving third-party partnerships.

What Youll Do:

  • Oversee all phases of assigned projects, from low to high complexity

  • Develop integrated project plans and schedules using project/portfolio management tools

  • Assign roles, set timelines, and identify resources to meet project milestones

  • Monitor progress, scope, budget, and risk, taking corrective actions when needed

  • Support decision-making by managing project data and reporting for internal teams and stakeholders

  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through

  • Conduct risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning

  • Identify delays, resolve bottlenecks, and challenge assumptions to keep timelines on track

  • Prepare documentation for milestone reviews and leadership updates

  • Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement

  • Perform other project-related duties as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in project management, product development, or similar roles

  • Proven ability to manage projects with aggressive timelines and complex dependencies

  • Experience in FDA-regulated environments and companion diagnostics (CDx) programs preferred

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Demonstrated success working in co-development environments with external partners

  • Proficient with project tools such as MS Project , Planisware , Smartsheet , or similar platforms

  • Skilled in managing scope, schedule, risks, and budgets

  • Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Design Control or phased development processes

  • Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe)

  • Hands-on experience managing third-party or customer-partnered projects

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in science, engineering, business administration, or a related field

  • Equivalent work experience combined with relevant education is also acceptable
