• Maintain subcontractor relationships and stay informed on market trends.
• Play an active role in industry organizations and business development efforts.

• Work alongside Chief Estimators, Regional Managers, and leadership teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee preconstruction team members and coordinate assignments with direct supervisors.
