- Manage active jobs simultaneously. (Documentation)
- Oversee labor, build process, and project documentation.
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and safety protocols.
- Use tools like Bluebeam, BIM 360, Procore, and ACC.
- Collaborate with superintendents, estimators, and accounting.
- Maintain clear communication and organization via Outlook, Excel, and digital file systems.
- Electrical, organizational, and management skills.
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in project coordination.
- Proficiency in construction software and digital tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with electrical construction, wiring, and MEP.
- Experience with both large and small-scale projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding.
- Background in electrical engineering or supplier/GE experience is a plus.
