MAU is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Swiss Krono in Barnwell, SC. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals and contractors, manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and drive adherence to safety and operational standards in a manufacturing environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Must be available to support a 24/7/365 manufacturing operation
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of maintenance experience
- Understanding of:
- Electrical control systems (Servo Drives, PLCs)
- Complex mechanical drive systems
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Utilities: electrical, thermal oil, compressed air, HVAC
Preferred Education and Experience
- 5+ years of management experience in a maintenance or technical role

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, from hourly associates to executive leadership
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse technical team, including engineers, technicians, and skilled trades personnel

Essential Functions
- Participate in hiring maintenance personnel
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Organize and lead maintenance training programs
- Set shift schedules and work assignments
- Support development of maintenance policies and procedures
- Order necessary tools, supplies, and equipment
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests
- Ensure project timelines are met
- Lead safety inspections at work sites
- Perform maintenance duties as needed
- Evaluate work sites for maintenance needs
- Escalate unresolved issues and propose solutions
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensure team compliance with OSHA regulations
- Implement maintenance best practices
- Work through maintenance managers to enhance systems and processes
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to respond and support production needs around the clock
- Interaction required with internal departments and external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers
- Must meet physical requirements typical of a manufacturing environment
Travel
- Up to 5% travel required, including short-notice travel
