Network Construction Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the fiber Network Construction team, including administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders and reviewing invoices for accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of billing processes, deliverables, and the overall splicing process.
Conduct data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting for the assigned geographic area.
Ensure open communication across all business areas and consistency in building, implementing, and maintaining services.
Accountable for delivering key KPIs, including OpEx spend, MTTR, % On-Time Install, fiber complete for small cell, and installed enterprise revenue.
Support Network Construction Implementation team with tasks and projects, including tracking project deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and providing regular reports.
Skills Required:
Experience in managing project financials and milestone management, such as forecasting, issuing and receiving on vendor POs, invoicing on customer POs, and tracking and resolving past due invoices.
Strong communication skills to effectively relay issues to management before reaching critical status.
Ability to develop progress reports, track progress, and identify/resolve obstacles.
Proficiency in reviewing splice packages and communicating with vendors concerning splicing work and billing.
Experience in ordering police for splicing activity.
Understanding of service delivery and small cell requirements for close out packages.
