Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings with team members to address any issues or delays. Maintain comprehensive project documentation using Procore for tracking changes, contracts, and correspondence. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across all project phases. Experience: Proven experience in construction project management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately, and bidding experience Experience in contract negotiation and management is advantageous.
