Construction Laborer

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our various projects which include dirt work, pipework, erosion control, and maintenance tasks. Will be working on building outdoor recreational spaces (parks, trails, athletic spaces, etc...) You will also assist in the installation of miscellaneous items and support operators with pipe installation and cutting to grade. You may also be assigned miscellaneous punch list job duties that range from reseeding, adding park benches, replacing concrete to touch-up painting tasks. Work Environment / Shift 7AM - 4PM, ability to work some overtime Outdoor projects, so candidate should have experience in working in various weather conditions (extreme cold and heat) Steel toed boots are required. Support equipment operators with tasks such as cutting to grade and pipe placement. Complete punch list items including reseeding, installing park benches, replacing concrete, and touch-up painting. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, sweeping, lifting, carrying, and site cleanup. Check fluid levels and grease equipment to ensure proper operation before use. Assist the Foreman and Equipment Operators as needed. Handle layout and retrieval of materials, tools, and equipment. Install, maintain, and repair erosion control devices. Why Join Us?
