Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practices, with experience in project management and construction inspection. This role involves designing, developing, and overseeing various infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Design and draft civil engineering plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems. Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D technologies for mapping and analyzing project sites. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop system designs that meet project requirements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion. Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate project progress and findings. Participate in the planning and execution of construction management activities. Provide guidance on mechanical engineering aspects where necessary. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required and 5+ years' experience preferred. MA P.E. License, EIT certificate, or ability and desire to attain preferred. Proficiency in construction inspection techniques and methodologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience in system design and project management within the civil engineering sector. Strong technical writing skills for preparing detailed reports and documentation. Previous experience in mechanical engineering is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
