Job Responsibility: As an Estimator - Commercial Construction Prepare detailed cost estimates for mid-size commercial construction projects Review plans and specifications to complete accurate quantity take-offs Create conceptual budgets and preconstruction estimates from early-stage drawings Lead final pricing tasks-vetting subcontractors, managing bid forms, and analyzing risks Collaborate with our Operations team during project buyout Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and partners Represent Client at site visits, pre-bid meetings, and industry events At client, we build more than buildings-we build trust. Requirements: 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects 5+ years in the commercial construction industry (field experience a big plus) Confident across all scopes of work, from concrete to finishes Skilled with computer take-off software and Microsoft Office tools Strong communicator and team player who's comfortable leading and collaborating Familiarity with local subcontractor markets is a bonus Proficiency estimating from conceptual design through hard bid
