Along with the discounted rent I am offering $20 per hour for their help on making repairs and maintenance at the property but only as needed. I am offering the discounted rent with bonus amenities plus pay when needed to have the convenience of having a handyman live at the property. Handyman must have a full-time job because the help will only be as needed every ones in a while. This is not a job offer, this is a discounted living arrangement in exchange for help with the additional bonus of being paid when needed to help with repairs. Looking for someone that is a jack of all trades and knows, plumbing and wall repairs with drywall but is also willing to do general maintenance at the property like cleanup & landscaping. the rental is a maximum 2 people occupant so handyman can move in with their partner.
