Construction Facilities Foreman in Omaha,NE,US

Our client is actively seeking a Construction / Facility Foreman to lead our growing maintenance team. As a Foreman, you will work on and oversee day-to-day maintenance projects and small remodeling projects , ensuring projects are completed on time, to high standards, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols Oversee and participate in facility maintenance tasks such as tile and grout repair, laminate flooring installation, suspended ceiling repairs, drywall work, and light carpentry Track project progress, and provide hands-on support to the team as needed Ensure all projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget Maintain communication with Project Manager to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues Maintain an inventory of tools and materials, ordering supplies as needed Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and professionally Ensure proper documentation of work performed, including photos, reports, and time tracking Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or construction, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in various maintenance tasks (tile, drywall, door installations, carpentry, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to lead multiple projects at once and ensure timely completion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to ensure a safe work environment Must be available for occasional night shifts, and occasional overtime ( A notice will be given ahead of time ) Benefits: 100% Health insurance coverage Dental and vision insurance Pension Paid time off Referral program Competitive salary and overtime opportunities Company van and tools Company gas card Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (8-hour shifts) On-call and night shifts as required Overtime opportunities Work Location: Multiple locations across the Omaha metro area If you're a highly motivated, experienced facilities maintenance professional looking to lead a team, apply now to join a growing company that values its employees and offers long-term career growth.
