About the Role: As a Painter, you will install, maintain, and repair all finishes applied to walls, ceilings, woodwork, furniture, handrails, light fixtures, stairways, walkways, parking areas, swimming pools, etc. at all properties associated with The Lodge of the Four Seasons.

Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing all finishes applied to walls, ceilings, woodwork, furniture, fencing, handrails, light fixtures, stairways, walkways, parking areas, swimming pools, etc. at all properties associated with The Lodge of the Four Seasons. Finishes applied shall include, but are not limited to, paint, stain, clear coats, ceiling/wall textures, and wall paper. Work also entails repair to drywall surfaces.

Responsible for touch-up in all spaces and rooms both outside and inside

Responsible for major painting and wallpaper hanging

Responsible for wall washing in rooms and spaces

All work should be done in a near workmanship manner

Responsible for keeping space clean along with all other maintenance/engineering personnel

Must help with general maintenance responsibilities as the direction of the Director of Facilities
